Not only did I receive the item in a timely fashion (The site indicated that I wouldn't receive my item for 4-6 weeks, but I received it in 1 week). but K4L sent me an email confirmation up upon receipt of my order as well as when the item shipped. When I received it, it looked exactly how I imagined it would. The graphics on the site are fabulous - leaves little to the imagination which is necessary when ordering housewares online!
