Sample Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your hardware purchase.
We realize that choosing the right product is difficult with out the benefit of seeing the finish in person. In an effort to assist you in this endeavor we will be happy to ship up to 3 different items (1 quantity of each item) from any of our manufacturers for you to inspect in the comfort of your own home. Our Customer's total satisfaction is our primary goal.

Just call one of our Hardware Experts to help you with your sample order. Our Showroom and customer sales support center is open:
Monday - Saturday: 11am to 7pm EST
Sunday: 11:30am to 5:30pm EST

Once you receive your sample(s):

• Open your samples and feel free to place them on your cabinets - we won't penalize you for returning opened samples.
• Show them to a friend, get others' opinions, and make sure you're happy with your selection.

We now have 2 great options to reduce your cost for sampling.
Just place your order online as you would a regular order, and be sure to choose the sample box on the order form.

Please understand that offering samples is very costly; therefore, No credit will be issued unless a subsequent order is placed of equal or greater value than the sample order.

Carpe Diem Cache Bath Collection does not qualify.

*	Any item over $20.00 can not be considered a sample and will incur Restocking Fees if returned.
	Art In Stone Will allow for only one sample per household, All other orders are Non-Returnable. All orders are made custom.
	All Corian Products are Non-Returnable regardless of manufacturer.
*	Atlas Homewares' products are not included in our sample policy and will incur Restocking Fees if returned.
**	The sample policy refers to cabinet hardware and tiles with a sale price of under $20.00 each only. Samples may not be ordered for bath accessories, switchplates, doorbells, and other home accents.

Mail back your unwanted sample (s) up to 14 days after receipt to our New York Showroom at address below for a full credit minus our low shipping fee of $7.95.
