I am so thrilled! I needed to replace some of my beautiful knobs that I originally purchased 20 yrs ago and I was afraid I would have to buy all new. I love these knobs and hated to do that. I looked up the company and searched the model number and up they came. I purchased several more than I need to have on hand just in case. These knobs are so beautiful and they matched the cabinets perfectly. Free shipping and I got them in less than a week from the company direct. And my original knobs still look like the new ones. Not only the best price and "in stock", the $1 shipping on all orders sold me. These were an exact match for the rest of the drawer pulls in the room. They shipped immediately but UPS managed to forget to drop off the package when they came by - not ShopAmerock's fault. I'd have expected that if they had used USPS but not with UPS who's usually the most reliable. I've bookmarked this website to use for all my future orders
