    I do not have a complaint about the product as the product was well constructed. Although the product was great quality it was not exactly what I was looking for through no fault of the company. Therefore, I requested instructions to return the items, again through no fault of the product. I am now waiting 2 weeks for a return authorization from the supplier I was told. That is very disappointing as the website highlights no restocking fee, which is somewhat misleading as the restocking fee is up to the provider. I didn't see the asterisk. I learned that the restocking fee for my return will be 25% which I believe is excessive for unused knobs that are all still in the original condition, with only one openend to view. This was part of a 2 part shipment. The first part was of high quality and we kept and are very satisfied. I am disappointed in the return process.
