As Murphy would have it, right after posting a negative review about the customer service I received from Knobs4less I got an email stating my replacement knob was on the way. The sales rep didn't elaborate on the process and I just made an assumption.
We are remodelling an old farm house. Cannot wait to get them installed. The pulls are heavy and well made, I know they are going to look beautiful in the master bath.
These worked out perfect. Very uniform, great quality, and they look great! I replaced older brass backplates that left a discolored ring and I didn't want to have to restain everything. *These are a bit thicker. If the hole on your knob isn't countersunk to where the screw face is flush with the inside of the cabinet door, then you more than likely have to get longer screws.
