We ordered these knobs by appearance on the display. A brushed pewter with dark accents. We had looked at 2 colorings and said this is what we want. When we got them they were bright silver. Went back to store location and was told ,oh no , they are natural. The patina we saw was aged with wear. If I am saying to the staff I like this worn look, I feel that the staff should have explained that we Are not getting what we see and we would have made a different choice. So after monies spent we had to buy an aging agent to give them the look we really wanted. A little clarity would have been welcome with our purchase.
