The pulls work wonderfully. Milling and feel in the hand is good. Make or buy a cardboard or plastic template for drilling of holes to make your life easier. The four inch on center spacing is accurate and will tolerate no wiggle room.

We purchased the Baldwin Utility handle on line and it came in a few days. We had been assisted with our purchase at the Hicksville Myknobs, com store. The salesperson was very helpful, but steered us a bit wrong, regarding the size of the screws, telling us that it was a #8 screw rather than a 8/32 diameter screw. We had to match this (outside) handle to one on the other side (inside) of a sliding door, so it required a trip to the local Ace hardware store and a knowledgable salesperson there, to convert what we had to what we needed. Had to buy "threaded inserts" to make the recess in the Baldwin handle accept the smaller screw....otherwise very happy with the appearance and function of the product.
